This water base dpenetrating dye aredesigned especially for institutions use. Can bebrushed or sprayed with ease. Use on natural tooling leather. Apply with wool dauber or sponge. Use leather sheen or Institutional leather finish as a final sealer. (Non-flammable).
Available in 8 colors. Black, Dk. Brown, Med. Brown, Tan, Green, Yellow, Blue and Red colors.
