Return Policy for STL Leather Goods
At STL Leather Goods, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that any leather that has been cut by the customer is not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within a certain number of days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier. STL Leather Goods is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Currently, we only accept returns from within the United States.
All disputes will be handled over email. In the event of litigation, cases will be held in the city of St. Louis.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please remember to provide your order number, as well as the reason for returning the product.
STL Leather Goods reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
