This is a high strength synthetic latex designed for permanent bonding without the aid of stitching.
The off-white colored cements dries to a clear, flexible bond. Water soluble, can be brushed or sprayed.
Neowel -New Style, it is for fast drying(2-5mm).
Neowel-Old Style, it is for slower drying.
